Francesca Hummler
Francesca Hummler received her B.A. in Media Arts and B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of California at San Diego in 2019. She began her photographic practice in high school as a darkroom assistant where she was introduced to 35 mm. Interested in issues regarding identity she often works with specific gender and cultural themes.
Currently a freelance portrait photographer and Social Media Coordinator working out of Southern California, her work has been exhibited in the Adam D. Kamil Gallery, La Bodega Gallery, and in the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego. Her clients include The Sundance Institute, Cosmetic Laser Dermatology, Nunar Magazine, and San Elijo dance academy. Francesca has been accepted into the prestigious Photography MA program at The Royal College of Art in London, England where she will be studying for two years until 2022.
